is on a mission to make finding and booking the perfect study space simple for students across India.

We’re looking for

motivated candidates

to join our

Sales Training Program

and help onboard students to our partner libraries.

This is ideal for individuals with

experience in student engagement, edtech sales, or coaching institute marketing , who can connect with students and build strong communities.

Locations : Mukarji Nagar | Kirti Nagar | Ramesh Nagar | Patel Nagar (Delhi)

What You’ll Do : Attend

1-month performance-based training

to learn our sales process and student onboarding techniques.

Connect with students and introduce them to Local Libraries’ services.

Build relationships with student communities, coaching institutes, and exam preparation groups.

Achieve weekly and monthly onboarding targets to qualify for full-time role.

Who We’re Looking For :

Education :

12th pass or Graduate (preferred)

Target Group Preference :

Candidates familiar with government exam students or coaching communities

Candidates with

prior experience in sales, edtech, or coaching institutes

(preferred).

Excellent communication and persuasion skills.

Strong student network and ability to build quick rapport.

Self-driven, energetic, and target-oriented.

What We Offer : Training Month :

Performance-based stipend.

After Training :

₹8,000 + incentives for targets achieved.

If targets are met after 2 months,

full-time salary + incentives .

Hands-on experience in field sales and student engagement within a growing startup.
