About the Role
Earning potential ranges from ₹1 lakh to ₹2 lakh plus per month, with a base salary of ₹20,000 to ₹25,000 per month plus uncapped commission.

Your Key Responsibilities
- Conduct 4–6 qualified Zoom calls daily (≈ 100–120 calls per month).
- Maintain a 10–15% live close rate.
- Revive old leads and self-book additional calls for extra compensation.
- Keep CRM notes and follow-ups up-to-date.
- Participate in daily huddles, training sessions, and coaching reviews.
Compensation Details
Base draw : ₹20-₹25 K per month.Commission : 7–10% on collected cash plus bonuses for pay-in-full deals and outbound wins.No income cap – earnings increase as you close deals.Weekly Rhythm
