Category Head - AMC Sales

Key Responsibilities :

• Own and drive AMC category revenue across channels (renewals + new)
• Develop sales strategy and performance frameworks to improve conversions
• Define pricing, promotions, bundled offerings and upsell programs
• Lead lifecycle campaigns to improve renewals, retention and upgrades
• Partner with digital, product, CRM and finance teams for seamless execution
• Drive channel consistency across D2C, call centers & partner networks
• Monitor KPIs through dashboards; drive timely course corrections
• Enable tech automation of AMC customer journeys

What We're Looking For :

• MBA from a Tier-1 B-School
• 6-9 years of experience in category / revenue / consulting roles
• Strong analytics, commercial decision-making & stakeholder management
• Customer-first orientation with experience in campaign performance
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, execution-focused environments

Compensation :

• 48-55 LPA (flexible for the right fit) + ESOPs
