Job description12+ years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management Bachelor's or MBA in Business, Supply Chain Management, or Finance Advanced proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel), ERP systems, and contract management Strong negotiation, project management, and communication skills
Role Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies, perform category analytics
- Lead RFx processes (RFP, RFI, RFQ) and manage negotiations, awards, and contracts
- Draft and review contracts, including NDAs and Master Agreements
- Manage supplier relationships, performance metrics, and adherence to contracts
- Oversee regulatory compliance, reporting, and procurement processes
