Sr Procurement Buyer

Job description10+ years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or supply chain management Experience in IFM / Operation related Projects with Capex / Energy Projects. You should experience of disposing the scrap activity and good knowledge of HSE . You should have good supplier knowledge for Training / Hoteling / Transportation in market. Strong communication skills Demonstrated experience in developing and executing procurement strategies Excellent negotiation and contract management skills Knowledge of sourcing processes and tools, such as SAP and e-sourcing platforms. Cross-functional experience in engineering / technology, operations, sales / marketing. Bachelor s degree in engineering / business, Supply Chain, or related field Professional certifications in procurement, supply chain, or contract management will be added advantage Demonstrated business and financial acumen Experience with project management tools and methodologies Strong knowledge of the industry Ability to lead change and build high-performing teams Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute annual and strategic procurement plans
- Ensure alignment of procurement strategies with business objectives
- Drive annual saving / cost avoidance
- Lead sourcing transition initiatives to optimize the supply base and reduce risk
- Participate in new supplier search and development
- Drive supplier negotiation and contract management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sourcing strategies
- Improve sourcing processes and performance through effective management operating systems
- Participate in Internal Audits and ensure noncompliance with Indirect Procurement.
