The VCC Change and Engagement lead will be responsible for leading the planning, execution and monitoring of change initiatives for VCC. The role will provide end-to-end Change Management support and delivery across VCC entities, the rest of Prudential. In addition, the role will provide advice to “humanize” the change journey for the stakeholders who will be directly affected by the VCC initiative, especially in the context of an organizational structure change and new ways of working.

The role requires close collaboration with Delivery Leads, VCC enabling functions, and business teams, both at the Center and with the markets, and end users to ensure new changes meet business goals and are seamlessly integrated into the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Develop Change Management Strategy :

• Craft comprehensive change management strategies, including communication plans and training programs, for internal and external audience to ensure sustainability of change initiatives.
• Creates a change management plan targeting existing VCC employees (Malaysia and India) to ensure drive VCC value proposition (employees and leaders)
