Job Description

We are hiring a Crisis Management Analyst with 3–6 years of experience in managing, coordinating, and improving enterprise-level crisis response programs. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in Crisis Management , with exposure to Business Continuity Planning (BCP) , Business Continuity Management (BCM) , and Risk Management .

This role is pivotal in preparing the organization to respond to disruptive incidents effectively, ensuring resilience and quick recovery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support the development and execution of Crisis Management strategies and playbooks
• Coordinate real-time incident response activities across business units during crises
• Conduct crisis simulation exercises and post-incident reviews
• Collaborate with business continuity and risk teams to align crisis response plans
• Maintain and update crisis communication plans and stakeholder contact lists
• Monitor emerging risks and provide timely risk intelligence
• Prepare executive reports and dashboards on incident readiness and response effectiveness
