Join our Business and Data Analysis group as a Lead Business Analyst focusing on JAMS Scheduler within capital markets.
You will manage complex catalogue development and simplification initiatives supporting applications onboarded onto GEGS. Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough analysis of catalogue building to identify complexities introduced over time
- Develop simplified catalogues to clarify job functions, script usage, access points, and intended activities
- Evaluate migration options including upgrading JAMS versions and assessing release notes
- Provide use case justifications and methodologies for potential JAMS discontinuation
- Lead regression testing activities assuming migration decisions are confirmed
- Manage dependencies across multiple application teams to ensure smooth project execution
- Engage with stakeholders continuously to align project goals and progress
- Support upgrade preparation and execution phases for JAMS Scheduler
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and address functional and technical requirements
- Document findings, processes, and recommendations clearly for client and team reference
- Monitor project timelines and adjust plans to accommodate over 12-month dependencies
Requirements
Extensive experience of 9-15 years in business analysis focusing on JAMS Scheduler and capital marketsProven leadership ability in managing complex projects and cross-team coordinationStrong background in catalogue development, simplification, and upgrade preparationDemonstrated capability in migration assessment including version evaluation and regression testingCompetency in stakeholder management with experience handling multiple application teamsFamiliarity with GEGS platform and its application onboarding processesAdvanced English proficiency for clear communication with clients and teamsWe offer
