Job description :

We are seeking a highly driven, experienced Lead Business Analyst to support the end-to-end implementation of a multi-phase platform across a 7-phase delivery plan.

This role requires a self-sufficient and proactive BA who can manage client-facing engagements, interpret complex requirements, identify process gaps, and deliver clear, actionable documentation for development teams.

The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, both verbal and written, and have demonstrated experience owning the full business analysis lifecycle from requirements elicitation to post-implementation review.

This is a client-centric position requiring diplomacy, accuracy, and the ability to navigate competing priorities and evolving project scopes.

Key Responsibilities :

Requirements & Analysis :

• Act as the primary liaison between the client stakeholders and internal technical teams throughout all 7 phases of implementation.
• Analyze business needs presented by the client and convert them into clearly defined, actionable functional and non-functional requirements.
• Conduct gap analysis between current-state client processes and proposed future-state system functionality.
• Prioritize and validate requirements in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external clients.
