Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Thane, Mumbai for a Head of Operations and Compliance - Stock Broking. The role requires oversight and management of all operational and compliance functions within the stockbroking unit. Day-to-day tasks include streamlining operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, managing budgets, and leading and mentoring a team to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction. The role also demands strong analytical skills to evaluate performance metrics and strategic communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Operations Management and Analytical Skills
• Strong Team Management and Communication skills
• Excellent understanding of stockbroking regulatory compliance
• Proven experience in a leadership role within the Stock Broking Industry
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree preferred
• Over 10 years of relevant experience in the stock broking industry
