About the Role :
We are seeking a highly driven and analytical D2C Manager – Performance Marketing who can independently manage end-to-end digital growth — from running paid campaigns to optimizing the website and improving user experience. The role demands a self-starter who is hands-on with every aspect of D2C growth.
Key Responsibilities :
Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, Amazon, Flipkart, and quick commerce platforms.
Monitor, analyze, and report campaign performance using Google Analytics (GA) and other analytics tools.
Manage and optimize the Shopify website — including landing page creation, funnel optimization, and performance tracking.
Improve user journey and conversion rates through on-site testing, page optimization, and better UI / UX flows.
Drive retention marketing strategies (email, SMS, WhatsApp, loyalty programs, etc.).
Own the entire D2C funnel — from traffic acquisition to conversion and retention.
Regularly evaluate key metrics such as ROAS, CAC, LTV, and conversion rates to improve marketing efficiency.
Work closely with the founder / management to define performance goals and growth roadmaps.
Proven experience in performance marketing across multiple platforms (Meta, Google, marketplaces, quick commerce).
Strong understanding of Google Analytics, campaign tracking, and data-driven decision-making.
Hands-on experience with Shopify — including theme editing, app integrations, and website optimization.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and numerical skills.
Deep understanding of conversion optimization, user journeys, and retention marketing.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple aspects of D2C growth
