About the Role :
We are looking for a data-driven and results-oriented Retention Marketing Manager to lead our customer retention and growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will drive engagement, increase customer lifetime value, and optimize retention strategies for our D2C brand.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute retention strategies to improve customer loyalty and reduce churn.
- Design and implement email, SMS, push, and WhatsApp campaigns for engagement and retention.
- Analyze customer behavior and metrics to optimize lifecycle marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with the product, marketing, and growth teams to implement growth campaigns.
- Segment customers based on behavior, purchase history, and engagement to deliver personalized campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and report ROI.
- Stay updated with latest trends in retention marketing and growth hacking for D2C brands.
Required Skills & Experience :
3+ years of experience in retention marketing, growth marketing, or CRM roles.Strong knowledge of tools such as Klaviyo, WebEngage, CleverTap, and WhatsApp marketing platforms.Experience working in a D2C brand or e-commerce environment preferred.Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics and optimize campaigns.Excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving skills.(ref : iimjobs.com)
