Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Defined Benefit (DB) Project Coordination Specialist to join our growing Employee Benefits Administration Practice in Gurgaon . This role plays a critical part in managing defined benefit plan implementations and ongoing client system support initiatives. You will coordinate multiple projects, drive process improvements, and ensure timely, accurate delivery of pension plan services.
This role reports to the Implementation Team Manager and requires both strong project management expertise and a solid understanding of defined benefit plan administration .
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor defined benefit system implementation and support projects.
- Validate project requirements and translate them into executable tasks and test cases.
- Allocate resources, track timelines, and maintain detailed documentation.
- Facilitate communication among engineering, systems, and client service teams.
- Oversee quality review stages : UAT, peer review, risk review, and final promotion.
- Ensure adherence to standardized implementation processes and audit controls.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and assist in onboarding new client plans.
Key Qualifications
4+ years of DB administration experience , including benefit calculations and plan setups.4+ years of project coordination / management experience in a technical or operations-driven environment.Strong understanding of defined benefit plan structures , regulatory requirements, and compliance factors.Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive them to completion.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); Access and / or SQL Server is a plus.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems , or related discipline preferred.Skills Required
