2. Team Management : Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales operations team, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
3. Sales Performance Analysis : Monitor sales performance metrics, conduct regular analyses, and provide actionable insights to improve sales effectiveness.
4. Budgeting and Financial Management : Oversee budgeting processes, manage operational costs, and ensure financial targets are met.
5. Customer Experience Enhancement : Drive initiatives aimed at improving customer experience, ensuring that service standards are consistently met.
6. Inventory and Supply Chain Management : Optimize inventory management practices, ensuring that stock levels are maintained to meet customer demand while minimizing excess.
7. Collaboration with Other Departments : Work closely with marketing, merchandising, and supply chain teams to align sales strategies and promotional activities.
