Key Responsibilities :
Customer Service : Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Train and mentor store staff on customer service best practices.
Inventory Management : Monitor and manage store inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstock situations. Coordinate with suppliers for timely replenishment of inventory. Conduct regular stock audits and maintain accurate inventory records.
Store Layout and Merchandising : Collaborate with the visual merchandising team to ensure attractive and effective product displays. Optimize store layout for a smooth flow of customers and improved product visibility.
Operational Efficiency : Develop and implement operational procedures to streamline store processes and reduce operational costs. Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to store operations.
Loss Prevention : Implement loss prevention strategies to minimize theft and ensure the security of store assets. Conduct periodic security audits and recommend improvements as needed.
Employee Training and Development : Train and coach store staff on operational procedures, customer service, and product knowledge. Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees.
Compliance and Safety : Ensure the store complies with all safety and regulatory requirements. Implement safety protocols and conduct regular safety drills.
