Role Overview
As the General Manager – Operations , you’ll lead and mentor a city operations team to ensure flawless project execution and customer delight—from booking to handover. You’ll own regional delivery, team performance, and customer satisfaction while driving alignment across design, production, and installation teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Operations Leads and Project Managers to deliver projects on time and within quality standards.
- Own end-to-end customer experience post-booking, ensuring timely handovers and top CSAT scores.
- Act as the highest point of escalation for your region, resolving issues within committed timelines.
- Ensure adherence to Truww SOPs and process standards across teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Design, Vendor, Category, Product, and Finance) for smooth execution.
- Drive operational metrics like Move-in adherence, CSAT, and Cost efficiency.
- Build and manage partnerships with builders, architects, and interior consultants to expand reach.
Requirements
7–12 years of experience in Operations, Project Management, or Customer Delivery (preferably in interiors startup environments).Strong people management and stakeholder handling skills.Analytical, structured, and hands-on approach to solving on-ground challenges.Excellent communication and leadership abilities.Why Truww
