Financial Consultant - Microsoft D365

Financial Consultant (Microsoft D365) [Chennai and Bangalore] Description : D365 FO Finance Consultant.

Employment Type : Full Time.

Experience : 8+ years.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide functional support for D365 FO Finance, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, and Cash & Bank modules.
• Execute incident management, triage, and root-cause analysis for finance-related tickets and recurring issues.
• Oversee cost accounting processes, support configuration and review of cost centers, cost allocation, and tracking.
• Support asset management including work order management, scheduling, asset tracking, and resource allocation.
• Assist with financial close activities, reconciliations, and compliance monitoring.
• Document processes, solutions, and contribute to the client knowledge base.
• Collaborate with technical consultants to troubleshoot integrations impacting finance functions.
• Provide data for SLA, KPI, and operational reporting on finance ticket trends and resolution metrics.
• Support knowledge transfer, documentation review, and handoff to team members.
• Participate in post-upgrade validation and ongoing system optimization activities.
