Microstrategy Developer

Job Summary :

We are seeking a skilled MicroStrategy Developer for a seasonal opportunity to support our data and reporting initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in business intelligence tools, especially MicroStrategy, and hands-on expertise in data pipeline development, performance optimization, and cloud-based deployment. Experience in the banking domain and familiarity with supporting technologies is a :

• Gather business requirements and translate them into functional BI solutions.
• Design, develop, and optimize MicroStrategy reports, dashboards, and cubes.
• Implement and enhance MicroStrategy solutions on cloud platforms, especially Azure.
• Develop and manage data pipelines using cloud-native technologies.
• Work closely with stakeholders for end-to-end project delivery.
• Perform performance tuning of existing MicroStrategy solutions.
• Support BI infrastructure, including MicroStrategy administration tasks if needed.
• Collaborate with data engineers and architects across Linux, Oracle, Hive, and Impala environments.
• Utilize PostgreSQL where applicable Qualifications :
• 5+ years of experience in data and reporting technologies.
• Hands-on expertise with MicroStrategy development (reports, cubes, performance tuning).
• Experience deploying MicroStrategy in cloud environments (Azure preferred).
• Proficiency in Linux, Oracle, Hive, and Impala.
• Strong understanding of BI lifecycle, from requirement gathering to Qualifications :
• Familiarity with PostgreSQL.
• Experience in the banking or financial services domain.
• Exposure to MicroStrategy administration and user management.
