Job descriptionDevelop custom integrations using Marketo REST / SOAP APIs and LaunchPoint connectors. Ensure seamless data flow between Marketo, Salesforce, and third-party systems. Maintain data hygiene, enrichment, and normalization across platforms. Architect scalable solutions for lead lifecycle, routing, and attribution. Monitor system performance, troubleshoot sync / API issues, and resolve campaign execution errors. Conduct unit, integration, and regression testing for new solutions. Provide technical documentation, best practices, and mentor junior developers. 5+ years of hands-on experience with Marketo development and administration. Expertise in Marketo APIs, LaunchPoint services, and integrations with CRMs (preferably Salesforce). Strong skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Velocity scripting, JSON, XML. Proven experience building scalable, modular program templates and workflows. Strong understanding of lead lifecycle management, attribution, and marketing operations best practices. Marketo Certified Expert (MCE) required; additional certifications preferred.
