We’re looking for an experienced Barista to join our team at Le Petit Hospitality. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of hands-on café or barista experience, a strong grasp of coffee fundamentals, and the ability to deliver consistent quality under pressure.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve espresso-based and brewed coffee beverages to a high standard.
- Confidently operate grinders, espresso machines, and brewing equipment.
- Provide professional, efficient, and friendly customer service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café and workstations.
- Handle POS systems, billing, and cash accurately.
- Assist with stock management and control wastage.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Barista in a café or specialty coffee environment.Solid understanding of coffee extraction, milk texturing, and café operations.Knowledge of matcha, hojicha, and other contemporary tea-based beverages is a strong bonus.Excellent communication and teamwork skills.Flexible with shifts, weekends, and peak hours.What We Offer
