Barista

We’re looking for an experienced Barista to join our team at Le Petit Hospitality. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of hands-on café or barista experience, a strong grasp of coffee fundamentals, and the ability to deliver consistent quality under pressure.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve espresso-based and brewed coffee beverages to a high standard.
• Confidently operate grinders, espresso machines, and brewing equipment.
• Provide professional, efficient, and friendly customer service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café and workstations.
• Handle POS systems, billing, and cash accurately.
• Assist with stock management and control wastage.
