About the Role
We are looking for a Support & Operations Manager who can ensure smooth onboarding, successful product adoption, and long-term client satisfaction. The role involves both office and on-site responsibilities, with travel to client locations as needed.
Key Responsibilities
1. Oversee client onboarding and complete account setup.
2. Deliver product training sessions and ensure clients go live successfully.
3. Conduct demos for prospective and existing clients.
4. Manage on-site manpower and ensure smooth event / operational execution.
5. Build and maintain strong client relationships.
6. Coordinate and document client customization or feature requests.
7. Handle support escalations and ensure timely resolution.
8. Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities during interactions.
9. Travel to client sites across cities as operational needs arise.
