We're looking for a professional and welcoming Front Desk Executive to be the face of our company. You will be the primary point of contact for all clients, visitors, and walk-ins, ensuring a seamless and positive experience from the moment they arrive. Your role is crucial in upholding our brand image and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Front-Desk Management : You will oversee all front-desk operations, including greeting and welcoming visitors, handling appointments, managing inquiries, and assisting with registrations. You will also coordinate with internal departments to facilitate client meetings and service requests.
- Customer Relations : A core part of your role is to handle and resolve customer queries, complaints, and feedback promptly and courteously. You will maintain customer records, update the CRM , and strive to ensure customer delight at every touchpoint.
- Administrative & Event Support : You'll assist the sales and CRM teams with various tasks, including organizing client events, presentations, and property walkthroughs. You'll also be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and professional ambiance of the reception area and waiting lounge.
