About the Role :

Our client, a leading technology company in the Insurance & Financial Services domain, is seeking a seasoned technology leader who thrives in a balanced role 50% hands-on and 50% team leadership. This is not a pure management role; strong technical grounding and the ability to lead by example are Responsibilities :

• Provide hands-on technical leadership in developing and implementing software products for the Insurance and Financial markets.
• Inspire, mentor, and grow a high-performing engineering team while fostering individual development.
• Drive delivery of complex product and application engineering projects with measurable business outcomes.
• Partner with product and business leaders to define strategies, technology roadmaps, and scalable solutions.
• Ensure alignment of IT solutions with the companys strategic architecture.
• Manage relationships with senior stakeholders, peers, and business line leaders for positive client engagement.
• Oversee vendor solutions, ensuring quality and timely deliverables.
• Build and scale teams while leading organizational change in a fast-paced environment.

Experience developing or leading teams with technologies such as :

Industry Experience : Background in the Property and Casualty Insurance industry is preferred.
