Experience : Job Qualifications :
Total experience in range of 14-16 years.5+ years of experience in Java,, Postgres,, GCP, and Angular / React etc.Ability to lead team technically although coding is not expected.10+ years of progressive experience in Product and / or Software Development.5 - 8 years of experience leading technology teams.Proven success in delivering complex, high-impact projects with measurable business outcomes.Minimum 3 years of support in cloud-based data technologies.Education :
A BS in Computer Science or an equivalent degree is highly preferred.Technical Expertise :
Deep expertise in Core Java and the Java ecosystem (Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate).Architecture & Design :
Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and principles (e.g., microservices, event-driven architecture, REST APIs).Databases : Hands-on experience with both relational (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB, Redis) databases.
