Role Description

As our company continues to grow, we are seeking an experienced Software Engineering Manager to ensure the delivery of high-quality outcomes. In this role, you will contribute to technology advancement through designing, developing and deploying web-based applications and help grow. You will work closely with Engineering Leads, Product and Project Managers, and Product Analysts to ensure the product meets the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop, enhance, document, and maintain application features in C#.Net, MVC, .net core, ReactJs and React Native.
• Pitch ideas and test new approaches.
• Manage full life-cycle of supported applications and ensure timely delivery of improvements and bug fixes
• Support application outages and resolve escalated incidents using sound incident management practices
• Analyse business requirements, processes, data and system integration points to determine / recommend appropriate technology solutions.
• Collaborating with other development teams for integration and deployment.
• Write and deliver complex code and modules to meet requirements, functional and technical specifications.
• Design, code, test, debug and implement high quality software
• Understanding of network concepts and terminology
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of architecting and developing integration projects using web services
• Ability to oversee code development and potentially participate in problem solving
• Keep pace with innovative technologies and maintain strong understanding of industry trends and best practices
• Implement build process and continuous build integration with Unit Testing framework.
• Skilled in delivery, development and maintenance web-based application.
