Key Responsibilities
2–5 years of experience in recruitment (preferably from QSR, retail, or FMCG industry).
- Handle the complete recruitment cycle — from understanding manpower requirements to onboarding.
- Source potential candidates through job portals, social media, references, and internal databases.
- Screen resumes, conduct telephonic and in-person interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers.
- Manage bulk hiring for restaurant operations as well as support functions.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers.
- Coordinate offer rollouts, joining formalities, and background verification.
- Partner with business leaders to understand staffing needs and hiring priorities.
- Maintain recruitment metrics (TAT, offer-to-join ratio, etc.) and ensure process compliance.
- Represent the company at job fairs, campus drives, and hiring events.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.2–5 years of experience in recruitment (preferably from QSR, retail, or FMCG industry).Strong sourcing and networking skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Proficiency in MS Excel and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).Ability to handle volume hiring within deadlines.Key Competencies
