The Account Embedded Sales Specialist will act the single point of contact for strategic accounts, you will ensure seamless support across Cytiva's Discovery and Bioprocess product portfolios. You'll coordinate crossfunctionally with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and Account Managers, lead preliminary investigation of product complaints, and drive presales / postsales excellence-while enabling reliable consumables and warehouse coordination at customer sites.

This position will report to the Bioprocess Sales Specialist India Leader and is part of the Cytiva India Commercial Team located in Pune and will be working remotely to cover the allotted customer. At Cytiva, our vision is, to advance future therapeutics from discovery to delivery.

What You will do :

• Own the customer relationship : Serve as the primary contact for strategic accounts provide timely, highquality support across Discovery and Bioprocess solutions. Partner with product SMEs and Account Managers to develop solutions, demos, pilots, and technical responses tailored to customer needs.
• Investigate complaints and Drive Pipeline : Capture details, perform initial triage / root cause hypotheses, document findings, and route to Quality / Service for CAPA as required.Identify and qualify leads during site visits, usage reviews, and technical discussions support conversion with sales.
• Deliver presales & postsales support : Run evaluations, protocol support, onboarding, and application guidance for bioprocess product ranges (e.g., upstream / downstream, singleuse, filtration, chromatography, cell culture).
• Manage consumables continuity : Coordinate with customer warehouse teams to monitor inventory, prevent stockouts, and align replenishment schedules.
• Ensure responsive execution : Track requests, SLAs, and escalations in CRM communicate proactively with internal teams and customers.
