Product Owner – Customer IAM
Location : Pune
Experience : 15+ years (with at least 3 years in Product Ownership)
Role Expectations :
- Define product vision and roadmap for client-facing identity services : registration, login, MFA, QR login, biometrics, passwordless authentication.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure compliance with GDPR, PSD2, and enterprise security standards.
- Experience with ForgeRock, Ping Identity, Okta, and protocols (OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SAML).
- Strong Agile background (Scrum, Kanban) and tools like JIRA, Confluence, GitLab.
- Certifications like CSPO, SAFe POPM, CISSP are a plus!
