Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented
Growth Associate (Onsite Marketing)
to join our team at Namshi. In this role, you will play a key part in planning and executing onsite campaigns across our app and website, ensuring flawless delivery of assets, seamless coordination across teams, and impactful customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, schedule, and publish onsite assets (app & website) using the content management system.
Coordinate with the Commercial team to gather offers, brand / category inputs, and translate them into onsite placements.
QA copy, design, and links before launch, benchmarking against best practices to optimize customer experience.
Collaborate closely with CRM, digital marketing, and social teams to drive cross-channel campaigns.
Brief and coordinate with design and copy teams to secure assets and ensure timely go-live.
Monitor and report on page / asset performance; share insights and recommendations with stakeholders.
Support additional business initiatives as needed.
Profile We’re Looking For
Fresh graduate or 1–2 years of experience, preferably in e-commerce or digital marketing.
Passion for e-commerce with a strong desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
Organized and disciplined, with strong coordination and collaboration skills.
Ability to work effectively across diverse teams and time zones.
