Job Overview
We are looking for a Product Marketing Associate who will work closely with the product and growth teams to craft compelling product narratives, drive go-to-market initiatives, and enable customer adoption. This is a high-agency role with exposure to product positioning, messaging, customer research, sales enablement, and campaign execution.
Requirements
1-2 + years of experience in SaaS / fast-growth startups, preferably in product marketing, content marketing, or go-to-market roles.
Tier-1 tech / management college background preferred.
Strong storytelling, communication, and analytical skills.
Ability to simplify complex product features into customer-friendly messaging.
Growth mindset, creativity, and a bias for execution.
Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs)
As we scale rapidly, the Product Marketing team acts as the voice of the product to the market. Your responsibilities include :
Messaging & Content Creation
Convert product features into compelling stories and content.
Create YouTube explainer videos using AI voiceovers to simplify complex features.
Push product features on LinkedIn via the company page with engaging narratives.
Drive monthly newsletters across WhatsApp and email.
Organize webinars on product updates with existing clients.
Sales & CSM Enablement
Conduct bi-weekly training sessions with the sales team on latest features, positioning, and objections.
Conduct weekly training sessions with the CSM team to ensure consistent customer communication.
Ensure sales decks are always updated with latest product upgrades.
Ensure partner decks are updated and aligned with co-marketing opportunities.
Deliver custom decks for specific clients whenever required.
Go-to-Market & Product Launches
Plan and execute GTM strategies for new product launches with clear positioning and messaging.
Collaborate with product managers and growth teams to ensure launch readiness.
Customer & Market Insights
Conduct customer research and competitor analysis to sharpen positioning.
Translate insights into messaging and campaign strategies.
Website & Collateral Management
Ensure the company website is always up to date with latest product features, case studies, and collateral.
Create case studies, blogs, one-pagers, and assets for sales and marketing campaigns.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with founders, product managers, sales, and success teams to align product storytelling across all touchpoints.

Exploration of prior roles, campaign examples, and product storytelling.
Discussion of how you’ve influenced adoption, sales, or customer perception.
Round 2 – Scenario Testing
Case-based round to evaluate structured thinking and creativity.
Sample exercises : drafting a GTM plan for a new feature, writing a one-pager, or building positioning vs competitors.
Round 3 – Culture Fit & Cross-Functional Alignment
Assessing alignment with BIK’s culture (ownership, adaptability, speed, attention to detail).
Evaluating collaboration with product, growth, and sales teams.
Interview Best Practices
Some rounds may require you to write structured responses in Google Docs.
Keep a notebook & pen handy for quick notes.
Ensure a professional setting with your camera on—we value interactive, engaging discussions.
Rounds 2 and 3 may include in-office presentations / discussions, so please plan accordingly.
