What You'll Do

Conduct market research and extract insights that help clients grow their impact.

Create compelling presentations, documents, and proposals that grab attention and drive conversions.

Work on implementing strategies on growund with collaborating with client teams.

Develop and execute targeted outreach strategies that yield tangible results.

Coordinate with interns & internal teams to ensure alignment, creativity, and momentum.

Craft client case studies that showcase transformation and success.

Be on the ground, visit client sites, and get things done — because impact starts with action.

Lead content & social media for key sustainability clients — from ideation to keyword planning to execution.

What Makes You Stand Out

You're a Google Sheets / Excel wizard — dashboards are your thing.

You can design and tell visual stories with Google Slides or Canva.

You write cleanly, think clearly, and communicate with intent.

You've used cold outreach tools and know how to break through the noise.

You have an eye for detail and meet deadlines like a pro.

Bonus if you’ve worked with WordPress or Wix.

Must-Haves

Real passion for the planet.

1–2 years of relevant experience

Willingness to work from our Gandhinagar office full-time and travel to client sites as needed

Fluent in spoken and written English
