Role Mission Operate our in-house tool (Xley) to plan, launch, and scale creator campaigns with precision—own strategy, quality control, and stakeholder outcomes while the platform handles the heavy lifting.
What You’ll Own
Creator Fit & Pipeline Design :
Configure discovery filters, lists, and scoring rules in Xley to surface on-brand creators across tiers and regions.
Offer & Guardrails :
Set negotiation guardrails (rates, usage, timelines) and approve exceptions; Xley runs outreach and auto-negotiation.
Briefs & QA :
Adapt brand objectives into campaign briefs using Xley templates; review / approve AI-assisted briefs and ensure compliance (ASCI / disclosures, usage).
Execution Oversight :
Monitor dashboards for SLAs, delivery windows, and risk alerts; resolve only exceptions and edge cases.
On-Ground Shoots & Events :
Handle on-site creator shoots, content capture days, and client events—manage call sheets, keep creators on brief, secure timely approvals, and ensure brand safety.
Travel as needed.
Performance & Insights :
Interpret Xley analytics (CPV / CPE / EMV, reach quality, creative lift), publish crisp insights and next-step recommendations to clients.
Creator Relationships :
Build trust with priority creators / talent managers for smoother approvals and faster escalations.
Playbooks & Experimentation :
Convert learnings into reusable presets, tags, and workflows in Xley; run A / Bs on hooks, formats, and posting windows.
Cross-Functional :
Partner with strategy, sales, and performance teams; translate insights into proposals and renewals.
