- Email Support : ₹140 per hour
- Voice Support : ₹160 per hour
About the Role
We are looking for dedicated and customer-focused professionals to join our support team. This role involves handling both voice and email-based customer queries for a US-based client. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and be comfortable working night shifts.
Key Responsibilities
Provide prompt and professional responses to customer queries via email and voice calls.Troubleshoot customer issues and provide accurate resolutions.Maintain high-quality customer service standards and meet performance metrics.Document interactions and updates in the required systems.Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless customer experience.Requirements
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.Ability to work 7–8 hours per day during night shift (IST) .Must own a Windows 11 laptop with an additional monitor .Stable high-speed internet connection and a quiet work environment.Previous customer support experience is a plus, but not mandatory.Ability to work independently from any location in India.Compensation
