Job descriptionFluent in English, Positive Attitude, Self-driven, Self-Motivated, A Background of Skin and Hair clinics will be preferred. Must be having on In-house Sales & Business Development., Will be preparing the Reports & analysing the sales reports of the clinics., Immediate joiner preferred. Proficient in Excel.
What You&aposll Do
- Improves the operational standards of clinic handling.
- Responsible for the delivery of sales targets.
- To be responsible for Product Counselling, Reminder calls, and Follow-up calls.
- Train, guide, and motivate the clinic teams.
- Responsible for Operational Audit.
- To be responsible for supervising, monitoring, and overseeing the team to maximise revenue.
- Address customer issues and queries in an accurate and timely manner.
- To be responsible for the retention and daily appreciation of staff.
- Evaluate employee performance and develop an employee developmental plan.
- Evaluate existing business processes and recommend improvements.
- Develop a safe and positive work environment for staff.
- To be responsible for ensuring that grooming standards as per the company are met.
