Responsibilities :

• Support end-to-end pricing operations for Export & Import (FCL / LCL) across Pan India.
• Assist in managing RFQs, rate negotiations, and carrier interactions to ensure competitive pricing.
• Coordinate with sales teams to provide timely, cost-effective quotations for customer queries.
• Collaborate with operations to ensure SOP compliance and execution of pricing strategies.
• Monitor market trends and gather intelligence to support pricing decisions and updates.
• Liaise with overseas agents and vendors for international pricing and service optimization.
• Participate in rate filing and contract negotiations with shipping lines
• Maintain and update pricing databases, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Support in setting up and managing CFS (Container Freight Station) pricing structures for both Import & Export.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of process improvements in pricing workflow.
