Core Deal Value Creation roles & Responsibility : -
Client Engagement Delivery :
Responsible for managing and delivering Post Merger Integration / Carve- out / Operational assessment projects.
Interact with leadership / CXOs at clients during project delivery
Manage multiple stakeholders in client teams at all levels as well as within BDO.
Actively drive business development and practice management initiatives
Ability to work seamlessly with global teams (at client end as well as BDO)
Experience in developing complex models in excel and developing executive level presentations
Technical Skills :
Experience-At least 2 years of relevant experience into Operational due diligence and transformation
Qualification- CA / MBA
