Hospitality Event Lead

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Event Manager, located in Banjara Hills,Hyderabad. The Event Manager will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing events for paper crown cafe and restaurant tailored to client needs, including meetings, conferences, and celebrations. Day-to-day tasks include budgeting, vendor coordination, communication with clients, supervising event staff, and ensuring events run smoothly and successfully. The Event Manager will also oversee operational logistics and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

• Event Planning, Project Management, and Vendor Coordination skills
• Strong organizational, budgeting, and time-management abilities
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills
• Experience with event software and technology tools is a plus
• Knowledge of safety and compliance regulations for events
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business, or a related field
• Flexibility to work varying schedules, including weekends and evenings
