Sr. RPA Process Analyst

The candidate should be able to

• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to define industry-leading automation for a wide variety of industries and business groups.
• Diagram and document the As-Is and To-Be process steps, data flow, and process flow for potential automation
• Prepare Process Definition Document ( ) or Requirements Documents for each use case
• Guide the business teams to identify the right uses cases for automation
• Apply Lean Six Sigma principles in the To-Be process
• Coordinate with development teams communicating and clarifying the requirements
• Support business users in UAT sessions
• Ability to ask the right questions to business process from a workflow diagram and to conceptualize it as an automated solution
• Prepare System Test case and perform testing of bots
• Conduct process discovery sessions to build a pipeline of potential use cases for automation
• Act as a bridge between business process owners and development teams

Candidate must have
