Performance Test Engineer - JMeter

We are seeking a Performance Test Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the scalability, reliability, and responsiveness of our applications. You'll work closely with development and operations teams to identify performance bottlenecks and provide actionable insights to optimize system performance. Key Responsibilities :

• Design and Execution : Develop comprehensive performance test plans and strategies, including load, stress, scalability, and endurance tests.
• Scripting and Tooling : Create and maintain performance test scripts using industry-standard tools like JMeter and LoadRunner. You'll also be involved in API load testing.
• Analysis and Reporting : Analyze test results to identify performance bottlenecks, diagnose issues, and provide detailed reports and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Monitoring and APM : Utilize Application Performance Monitoring (APM) tools such as Dynatrace and Grafana to monitor system health, collect key metrics, and pinpoint performance issues in real-time.
• Collaboration : Collaborate with development, QA, and DevOps teams to integrate performance testing into the CI / CD pipeline and promote a culture of performance awareness.
• Scripting : Apply scripting skills to automate test scenarios and enhance the performance testing framework.
