Performance Test Engineer - JMeter / LoadRunner

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop, execute, and maintain performance testing plans and test cases to assess the performance of applications under various load conditions
• Utilize performance testing tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, or similar to simulate user activity and evaluate application responsiveness
• Analyze performance test results and provide actionable insights to the development team for optimization
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand application architecture and identify performance requirements
• Create detailed documentation and reports on testing outcomes, including performance metrics and recommendations
• Participate in capacity planning and performance tuning efforts for application infrastructures
• Monitor applications in production to ensure they meet performance standards and respond to alerts Requirements :
• 7+ years of experience in Performance Testing with a focus on load, stress, and scalability testing.
• Proficient in performance testing tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, or similar.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
• Experience with performance monitoring tools is a plus.
• Solid understanding of web applications, APIs, and underlying architectures.
• Ability to write and execute scripts in languages like Java, Python, or Groovy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present findings to stakeholders
