Role- Relationship Manager- Used Car Loan

Minimum experience of 3-4 years in Auto Loans

Minimum qualification - Any Graduate.

Grade - Deputy Manager / Manager

• . To Plan and implement strategy to achieve business numbers and profitability.
• . Managing Collaborates to tie up with Dealers, DSAs and direct business models.
• . To develop and Drive the business by ensuring healthy portfolio and achieve heathy IRR. In addition, ensuring dealer and brokers are on boarded as per budget.
• . Develop New and pre-owned car loans business cross branches and location.
• . Portfolio Management
• . Engage in managing the team, provide training & knowledge about the new product and policy of the organization.
• . Manage, Allocate, assess business and leads from Channels / Dealers to Team leader, sales officers and coordinators tagged under there geographic territory.
• . Maintaining relationship with Channels / Dealers and pre- asses in principle decision to fund the customer.
• . Keeping an eye on the Nonstarter, PDD and creating new counters that can be a better business prospect in the future
