Role Description
- This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Chandigarh. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing customer and dealer relationships, and achieving sales targets.
- Daily tasks include identifying potential clients, building strong dealer relationships, and providing customized insurance solutions.
- Achievement of budgeted top line and bottom line by driving the MISPs of the Area managed.
- Increase new Insurance business penetration of Tractor and 2W for the Area managed.
- Improve dealer satisfaction on business and claim management.
- To develop and maintain relationship with key Tractor and 2W dealers and Insurance Experience in Sales Management, Customer Relationship Management, and Business Development.
- Strong understanding of the insurance sector.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skill.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
- Bachelor's / Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
- Experience in the insurance industry is a plus.
