5-10 years sales development experience, preferably at a SaaS companyAn individual with solid verbal and written sales communication skillsA team player and a self-starter.Manage all phases of the sales cycle including business development, lead identification, qualification, scope, proposal development, client presentations and contract negotiation.Generate qualified leads independently, hunt the market, and close new deals.Run the sales cycle for leads allocated / generated independentlyActively pursue and hunt for new business opportunities within existing accounts as well as identify growth opportunities.Achieve the agreed upon annual sales targets.Provide well-thought out and reliable direction, both in technical and non technical terms, to help prospects and customers purchase, adopt, integrate, deploy and maintain the KPOINT offerings.Manage cross industry leads and have an appetite to consume extensive valuable informationCustomize the sales pitch according to the prospects and the situationCarve out pitches, proposals and existing sales decks.Define and articulate problem statements, work with teams towards a solution framework.Exceed all operational excellence metrics such as : Pipeline coverage, forecast accuracy, timely comments and activity metricsServe as an internal and external point of contact on customer issues and ensure they are resolved as expediently as possible whenever called upon to do so.Requirements
