Position : IT Lead - Application Support (ZOHO Suite)

Type : Full-Time | Remote

Reporting To : Head of IT

Role Summary :

The IT Lead - Application Support (ZOHO Suite) is the technical subject matter expert responsible for the end-toend administration, configuration, customization, and integration of the organization's entire ZOHO suite of applications. This role ensures the ZOHO platform is robust, scalable, and optimized to support critical business processes across multiple departments. The Lead will provide advanced support, manage system governance, and

drive strategic adoption of the ZOHO ecosystem.

Key responsibilities for the role :

  • Administration of the entire ZOHO suite applications for the organization.
  • Design and implement complex ZOHO configurations, modules, and security profiles.
  • Develop and maintain custom business automation using Deluge scripting.
  • Manage and optimize all ZOHO integrations and API connections with external systems.
  • Provide expert level technical support for critical ZOHO application issues.
  • Ensure ZOHO platform data integrity, security, and governance standards.
  • Perform proactive system maintenance, health checks, and performance tuning.
  • Create detailed technical documentation and ZOHO architecture diagrams.
  • Deliver advanced training to users and internal support teams.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to align ZOHO solutions with strategic goals.

Required Skills & Experience :

  • Minimum of 4+ years of hands-on experience as a ZOHO Administrator and Developer, or Technical Lead.
  • Deep, demonstrated proficiency in administering and customizing a wide range of ZOHO applications.
  • Mandatory experience with Deluge Scripting for developing custom functions and automation.
  • Solid understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, and managing integrations between ZOHO and other systems.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to rapidly diagnose and resolve complex application issues.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively and handle multiple projects.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
  • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • ZOHO Certified Consultant or ZOHO Creator Certified Developer status.
  • Previous experience supporting applications in a similar education industry will be preferred.
