Role & Responsibilities :
Hiring for a Series-Funded B2B SaaS startup for the Retail Industry, used by 850+ retailers globally. Company name is confidential, will be disclosed only for interested and suitable candidates.
This is a role for a hands-on technology leader who can balance near-term delivery velocity with long-term vision partnering closely with the CPO to make the product roadmap future-ready.
What You Will Deliver :
- Cloud-Native Platform Execution : Lead the migration of on-prem customers to a single, scalable, multi-tenant cloud architecture.
- Scalability for Growth : Design infrastructure and architecture that can handle 10 scale in users, data, and transactions.
- Technology Roadmap : Forward-looking architecture roadmap that aligns with the 35 year product vision including API ecosystem, integrations, and data / AI capabilities.
- Reliability & Quality : Reduce production issues, improve platform stability success measured by uptime, latency, and customer experience.
- Tech Organization Maturity : Build, structure, and mentor the technology team into a high-velocity, metrics-driven organisation.
