Oracle SCP (Supply Chain Planning) Service Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Oracle SCP (Supply Chain Planning) Service Engineer for a 6-month contract role. The ideal candidate will support and manage Oracle Demand & Supply Planning and Global Order Promising (GOP) processes for ATO, MTS, and MTO production Responsibilities :

• Manage Oracle Demand Planning including CTO forecasting and planning measure setup
• Support Supply Planning (MRP, Troubleshoot issues in data collection from Fusion / internal systems
• Handle support tickets, triage failures, and coordinate with on-call teams
• Lead and support end-to-end integrated planning cycles
• Conduct quarterly patch testing and validation
• Work with REST APIs, BIP reports, and planning data :
• 5+ years' experience with Oracle Demand & Supply Planning and GOP
• Strong knowledge of MRP, planning cycles, and integration systems
• Experience with REST APIs, BIP reporting, and system troubleshooting
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
