Description

We are seeking a Recruitment Associate to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing recruitment processes and a keen understanding of sourcing and attracting top talent.

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
Utilize various recruitment channels including job boards, social media, and networking to attract candidates.
Conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the role.
Maintain and update applicant tracking system with candidate information and recruitment progress.
Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
Prepare and present candidate reports and recruitment metrics to management.

Skills and Qualifications

2-5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a corporate setting.

Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.

Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
