Inside Sales Specialist (Full time)

Job descriptionEducation : Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA is preferred. Experience : Fresher to 2 yrs of experience in the field of Sales and Marketing. Communicate : Effectively in Kannada (Must), English, Hindi (Preferable) Skills : Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities. Ability to adapt quickly to Notice Period : Immediately available till 30 days' notice. Opportunity to work in a fast-growing company revolutionizing dental tech. Roles & Responsibilities :
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
- Call on the provided database to generate revenue and increase the customer base.
- Handle Inside Sales, B2C Sales, Domestic Calling, Outbound / Cold Calling, Client Relationship Management, and related tasks.
- Maintain documentation and communicate customer queries and details to relevant stakeholders.
- Contribute to team effort by achieving assigned goals and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Exhibit patience, empathy, and effective communication skills to connect with customers passionately.

Location : Bangalore, HSR Layout
Work Type : Hybrid (Should be available to report to the office once or twice when required)
Working Days : 6 days per week
Week Off : Weekly off will be provided between Monday to Friday only. Candidates must work on Saturdays and Sundays due to high customer engagement during these days.
