Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Bengaluru for an Inside Sales Specialist. The Inside Sales Specialist will be responsible for communicating with potential clients, understand the requirements, provide online demos, meet the sales / service challenges with Maple CRM solution, ensuring customer satisfaction and convert into sales. Daily tasks include discovery (understanding requirements), responding to inquiries, following up on leads, providing product demos, and closing sales. The role involves working closely with the sales team to achieve targets and enhance customer service.

Eligibility

  • Fresh MBA / BBA graduates based in Bangalore
  • ONLY FRESHERS (2024 or 2025)

Location & Timelines

  • Bangalore (BTM Layout)
  • Internship Start Date : 01-Sept-2025
  • Package

  • One month internship with 10K Stipend
  • FTE (Inside Sales Specialist) on successful completion of Internship
  • Remuneration Package : 4.8LPA + 1.2L AIP (Annual Incentive Plan)
  • No extension of internship
  • Skills Expected

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (mail writing)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
  • Having good understanding about SaaS business and pricing models.
  • Understanding of Sales Workflow, sales management challenges.
