We are looking for a Product Manager to drive activation, engagement, and retention on Wealthy's client platform. You'll be responsible for increasing platform adoption, enabling more DIY (do-it-yourself) investing behavior, and boosting trading and demat activity through smart product interventions, data-driven experiments, and close collaboration with marketing, tech and sales teams.
You'll obsess over funnels, not features - focusing on metrics like conversion, activation, repeat orders, and user lifetime value.

2. Identify drop-offs across onboarding, investing flows - and fix them through product-led improvements.
3. Partner with analytics, marketing, and design to run A / B experiments, improve conversion, and personalize user journeys.
4. Work with tech to ship lightweight but high-impact improvements - nudges, triggers, recommendations, and habit loops.
5. Develop a deep understanding of investor segments and their motivations to invest / trade on Wealthy.
6. Track key funnel metrics and translate data into product hypotheses and actionable insights.
What You'll Bring :
I.2-4 years of product management experience, ideally in consumer fintech, investing, or high-frequency B2B / B2C platforms.
II.A data-first mindset - fluent in funnel analytics, cohort tracking, A / B testing, SQL (bonus).
III.Comfort with growth loops, behavioral design, and experimentation frameworks.
IV.Experience collaborating with marketing or CRM teams on growth campaigns or user journeys.
V.Curiosity about investing, wealth management, and digital trading behavior.
Why This Role Matters
This is a high-leverage role - your work directly impacts how users experience, invest, and grow with Wealthy. You'll be at the heart of driving business outcomes through user behavior, with full visibility and autonomy to experiment fast
